This article is going to be about the amount of active listings that are single-family homes in the 85254 area, and the amount of land are owned and short sale or pre-foreclosure properties that are also available as active listings in the 85254 area.
As of July 27, 2010, there are 282, Scottsdale 85254 homes for sale that are active single family listings.
When we look at the number of short sale active listings that are 85254 homes for sale, we find that there are 80. If you look at the numbers of short sale listings, 23 of them are also listed as Pre-Foreclosure.
Taking a look at the 85254 homes for sale that are single family homes, and also bank owned, active listings, we find there are 25.
If my math is working correctly today, that means there are 105 Scottsdale 85254 homes for sale that are in the category of bank owned, short sale, or pre-foreclosure.
If we then take the number of bank owned, pre-foreclosure, or short sale homes, and divide them by the number of active listings, we find that there are about 37.2% of the 85254 homes for sale that are not a normal sale.
